Escrow Sales Transaction Splst
The incumbent will be responsible for completing Escrow sales transactions and oversee the initiatives to implement national sales strategy and achieve national sales goals. Key responsibilities: Originates, negotiates and books escrow transactions nationally as needed, to support the regions and achieve the National Escrow Sales goals. Indirectly manages the daily activities and projects of two regional Escrow Relationship Assistants. Manages the implementation of broad based national escrow sales and marketing campaigns, to grow client and prospect base. Manages the escrow incentive plan tracking and reporting.Member of Escrow National Management Team charged with developing business strategies and finanical plans, goals and metrics. Will act as liaison with Senior Managers throughout Wealth Management , and In collaboration with the Private Banking Escrow Sales Manager, to set and implement strategies for developing channel partner referrals. Coordinates with the Wealth Management Channel Partner Managing Director and also key managers in Corporate Trust, Treasury Services, and GSS in synchronizing and rationalizing client contact sales programs. Manages development and implementation of national standard processes and procedures for the Escrow Business line including sales pipeline, pricing standards, compliance, management financial reporting, planning and forecasting. Manages the audit activities required for periodic audits of the National Escrow business line. Qualifications
In addition the incumbent must have a four year undergraduate degree, both a minimum of 4 years escrow client servicing experience and 5 years commercial banking and/or private banking client relationship/servicing experience.
