Client Onboarding & Servicing Specialist I
Provide ongoing operational support to a low-to-moderately complex portfolio of escrow agreements while working in a team environment. Incumbent must have strong organizational and inter-personal skills while demonstrating professional conduct, and the ability to manage new business implementation in addition to performing daily functions. S/He must have demonstrated servicing expertise to ensure strict adherence to and execution of the terms of escrow agreements. Adhere to policy and procedures. Bachelor degree preferred or related experience, with demonstrated Operational and Customer Service experience. Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial services or related business. Experience with fulfillment of contractual obligations and direct customer servicing. Excellent Interpersonal, Judgment and Decision Making skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner, and to work independently. Knowledge of bank operations and familiarity with regulatory compliance Demonstrated strong verbal and written skills Ability to work as a team member within the work group and with other groups Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management as well as daily external and internal customer interactions.
