Senior Analyst, Brand Strategy, Experience & Design

Overview
As Senior Analyst, Brand Strategy, Experience & Design you will be in a global role, situated in the Brand Strategy & Design team, focused on driving brand expression strategy, evolution and execution. You will also be a partner in the global operationalizing of the brand design expression to our 200+ agency partners and 500+ Integrated Marketing and Communications employees globally.

The mission of the Brand Strategy & Design team is to advance Mastercard brand value and meaning, in alignment with business strategy. The team has global oversight of brand strategy, design expression, positioning, architecture, role analysis, identity, and name creation. We manage a suite of brand asset delivery tools that serve all our customers, inside and outside the enterprise.

Role
Support the team as an account and agency manager, tracking projects, schedules and deliverables across all workstreams
Project manage team efforts in branding, naming, and tools development which requires ability to learn relevant product/service details, business objectives/needs, assess risk exposure, and apply this knowledge to solutions development and help shape product/service where applicable.
NOTE: this requires some brand design and naming expertise to be able to ask the right questions, craft briefs and build POV presentations
Contribute to the creation of strategic output and deliverables, actively participating in work sessions and helping to prepare presentations
Conduct online, secondary research as needed to support the creation of strategic and design solutions (i.e. competitive audits, name analysis, best practice examples, etc.)Conduct internal audits as needed to uncover areas of success, pain points, and further development across the business and regions
Work with and manage partner agencies in development of the brand design solutions
Be a credible leader and supportive business partner to ensure adoption of a holistic and integrated view of the brand and design system throughout the organization
Help manage and drive the evolution of modern and sustainable brand governance practices, and act as internal liaison with partner agencies around brand design governance.
