Analyst, Total Rewards
The Total Rewards Team delivers world class programs that position our company as an employer where the best people choose to be. Our global team designs and delivers consumer focused compensation, benefits and mobility programs for our employees, and leads all human resources M&A activities.
The Executive, Equity, and Sales Compensation Administration team within Total Rewards is responsible for the management of the day-to-day administration of the executive compensation plans, including equity compensation and deferred compensation. This position will have responsibility for managing the day-to-day administration of enterprise stock plans and other select elements of the executive compensation package. Major components of administration include processing grants, creating grant acceptance packages, releasing restricted stock, facilitating internal reporting, and supporting / communicating to participants. Requires close partnership with multiple external vendors that support recordkeeping and cross functional areas such as HR Finance, SEC Reporting, Tax Reporting, Controllers, Treasury, Compliance, International HR, Payroll and Legal. In addition, this position will assist in the day to day management of the Sales Compensation programs.
•Day to day administration of equity plan (global plan in over 60 countries)
•Provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of all executive and equity programs.
•Interact with the legal department for SEC related matters and filings for equity plans
•Manage external vendors and ensure quality performance and timely deliverables
•Assist in the administration of other executive plans and Board of Director compensation programs (both equity and cash based)
•Support annual SOX testing and internal/external audits that impact administration
•Assist is creation of Proxy compensation tables
•Provide participant support and distribution of participant communications
•Manage compliance with Stock Ownership guidelines
•Assist in the day to day administration of the sales compensation programs
All About You:
•Equity compensation administration experience
•Global experience in employee taxation for equity compensation, preferred
•Experience with Morgan Stanley or Solium equity administration platforms
•Bachelor's Degree required
•Ability to plan for and manage multiple deliverables concurrently
•Strong attention to detail, strict adherence to plan rules, sensitivity to strict deadlines and sense of urgency in resolving participant issues
•Strong risk management and control mindset
•Experience managing third party vendors
