The Role
Morgan Stanley Technology Management is looking for a driven, innovative analyst to help evolve its workforce strategy practices. As a workforce strategy analyst, you'll support the Technology Talent function, analyzing global labor markets (competitor dynamics, talent pool availability), deriving insights from recruiting and attrition data (time to hire, turnover trends), supporting tech leaders in developing workforce strategy plans, developing ad hoc reports on organizational structures / dynamics, and more. In addition, you'll be heavily relied on for senior management presentations, turning analytics into narratives / insights to inform C-Suite level decision-making (including Tech CIOs / COOs, Firm-wide Operating Committees).

While supporting our technology leaders, you'll learn about how they think about workforce in the context of disruptive new tech platforms / innovations (e.g. machine learning / artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data / data science, etc). You'll also have direct connectivity to the Global Technology COO leadership team, learning about and supporting core business processes and governance.
