To best position us as the global leader inWholesale Payments, deepen our client relationships, and deliver our Firmwidecapabilities to meet our clients' needs, we have established the CIB WholesalePayments Solutions Team.
The CIB Wholesale Payments Solutions Team will partnerwith Product and Sales to maximize commercialization of our capabilitiesthrough proactive engagement with some of our largest and most strategic globalclients. They will design and scale integrated solutions that incorporateaspects of the firm's holistic offering across Global Payments, FX, MerchantAcquiring, Commercial Card, Trade and Digital Retail Banking. Their continuouspulse on the latest market trends and client feedback will help inform ourproduct evolution and roadmap.
About thePosition
We are seekingtalented candidates for a position as Associate in the Latam Wholesale PaymentsSolutions Team. As a member of the team the Associate will:
• Gainsignificant exposure to a portfolio of global clients and play an integral rolein the sales coverage model
• Actas a consultant to identify treasury solutions based on a thorough assessmentand understanding of each client
•Analyze various types of client and industry data to identify key trends andopportunities to cross-sell related treasury and trade products
•Distill analyses into client and executive level presentations to clearly andsuccinctly convey conclusions
• Playa significant role in content development with the expectation of serving as athought leader on industry-defining trends
• Identifyopportunities to leverage cutting edge technologies to meet client needs, e.g.,robotics, big data, machine learning, predictive analytics
•Influence business partners of importance and value of proposed solutions
• Do Independentresearch and content development focused on key client and industry themes
• PreparePeer and sector benchmarking
• Developcustomized client pitches and presentation materials
• Managepost call activities and be responsible for completion/resolution of follow upitems

• 2 years of experience in Wholesale Payments, Treasury Services, MerchantAcquiring, or other relevant Strategy or Consulting role
• Atrack record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting andachieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
• Strongability to engage stakeholders of all seniority levels across clients, frontoffice sales teams, and product managers
• Demonstratedability to coordinate teams globally to ensure strong partnership and seamlessexecution
• Provenability to identify key segment trends and client needs and synthesize implicationsfor multiple stakeholders
• Outstandingpresentation and communication skills
•Proven PC skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint,Excel and Word)
• Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent required
•Fluent in English and Portuguese or Spanish
