Department Overview
Wealth Management Investment Resources produces macro-to-micro research and analysis to help FAs build their practices and manage their clients' portfolios.

Role Responsibilities
This role reports to the Head of WMIR Business Development and Content / Distribution Strategy and will be primarily responsible for supporting the development and execution of a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the impact of the WMIR team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Development and maintenance of all metrics and reporting, including readership trends
• Source, analyze, and present key data and metrics as needed by the business in support of ongoing strategic, business development, and regulatory efforts
• Gain a global understanding of WMIR products, publications and delivery mechanisms. Analyze metrics and develop ideas to improve:
o Quality and effectiveness of current materials
o Relevance to end users
o Ease of use for delivery to FAs and their clients
o Alignment with firm initiatives
• Development of framework and marketing strategy for advice platforms and publications
• Content distribution strategy focused on FA segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns
• Re-branding and reengineering of publications and publishing distribution processes
• Learn proprietary technology programs at the firm to help with projects where necessary
• Collaborate on ad hoc strategic projects as needed

Qualifications:

Position Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-4 years of experience in a business development / strategy role, preferably within the Financial Services industry
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Creative, innovative and independent thinker
• Self-starter with a can-do approach and delivery focused mindset
• Comfortable managing multiple work efforts with competing priorities, while consistently delivering within the required management timelines
• Must be comfortable working closely across various business organizations and stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative and team skills, with a proven ability to build and leverage relationships to achieve the needed results
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to move data to insights, and insights to decisions
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data and create value-added management reporting
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Familiarity with SAP-Business Objects, Tableau, and data modeling preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and OneMail preferred
