Our Team:
Finance & Business Management is a global team responsible for partnering with senior leaders to drive business and strategy. As a business CFO, you will provide coverage to Trusts and Estates (T&E), Wealth Planning & Advice (WP&A) and Insurance & Retirement Strategies (IRS) teams. This role will involve regular interaction with Senior Management and control partners across the organization to provide meaningful financial information and drive strategic initiatives forward. The candidate will have deep interest in financial markets, investment products, and sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cover internal clients within the global T&E WP&A and IRS organizations
  • Present meaningful unbiased analytics to clearly identify facts, trends and opportunities to drive priorities for the businesses and deliver insightful analysis; present regularly to practice leadership
  • Own performance scorecards for client advisors - this includes working directly with the client advisors to understand sales performance measures and financial results
  • Manage weekly financial reporting processes, requiring flexibility to adapt to evolving business focus; work with Finance product controllers and operations teams to enhance the reporting process and core financials
  • Deliver clear and concise communications to business partners across WM
This individual will acquire a firm understanding of Wealth Management products and services, and fundamental business drivers of the Private Bank. The candidate should be a self-starter, strategic thinker, and be able to handle multiple priorities. Skills Required - the candidateshould be:
  • Experienced - 7 years of experiencein financial services and Finance or Business Management function
  • Organized- ableto balance multiple priorities; has a strong attention to detail and exercisesa controls mindset
  • Curious -Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and honesty - seek out the truth and grounddecisions in the facts
  • Logical - thinks analyticallyand logically to understand and analyze complex business processes
