Wealth Management Entitlement Design Lead
Working with Business Risk Officers, Application Developers, Business System Owners and the central Access Management team, the appropriate candidate will execute granularity assessments across Wealth Management in scope applications. Position will execute on the following activities:
• Conduct granularity assessments for applications.
• Manage a small team to conduct/assist with assessments
• Analyze applications to understand potential entitlement concerns (granularity, design, integration, coverage, etc.) which may need to be addressed.
• Pull, analyze and report on entitlement data such that meaningful conclusions can be drawn and concrete action steps taken. Iterate approach as more data becomes available.
• Assist application development teams in analyzing which solution may be most appropriate for each scenario.
• Work with Technology & Information Risk teams for all centralized solutions.
• Broad understanding of the MS Access Management Roadmap and how those deliverables fit in with business areas
• Define and track remediation plans to close identified gaps. Assess remediation plans for efficiencies.
Qualifications:
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels and between technology and the business
• 5-8 years IT Risk and Control experience
• CISA or CRISC certification
• Knowledgeable on Wealth Management businesses a plus
• Well versed in access management controls
• Experience implementing role based entitlements
• Familiarity with the concept of coverage/data entitlements
• Comfortable with complex technical environments and multi entitlement platform set-ups
• Experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
