Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, NY. Function in the International Shares Trading Desk focused in Cash and Synthetics equity trading. Negotiate trading terms and pricing with clients for stock trades in Latin American based companies (ADRs and Local shares), with a focus on Brazil. Commit firm capital and manage trading risk book associated with Latin America client facilitation business leveraging local market expertise. Maintain a thorough understanding of and be able to explain stock market terms. Work closely with the Sales, Operations, Finance and Technology to ensure accurate reporting for clients, plus testing and implementation of system changes. Conduct balance sheet optimization. Enhance firm relationships with clients through knowledge of the product and expertise in the region. Train/mentor junior members of the team.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field. Must have five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related finance position. Must have five (5) years of experience with: utilizing knowledge and understanding of legal and political environment as well as evolving market structure in Latin America; utilizing knowledge of local regulation in the Latin America region; risk management; utilizing analytical/optimization tools and reference materials/news feeds including MS Excel, VBA, Valor PRO, and Bloomberg; utilizing understanding of markets across asset classes and market structure; utilizing Bloomberg for client communications, data and news; client negotiations in equity securities sales or trading; proficiency in Portuguese required; FINRA Series 3, 7, 55, and 63 licenses required; and travel required 3-4 weeks per year.
