Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, NY. Model and structure cashflow CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligations) through extensive bank loan collateral, capital structure and rating agency analysis, using tools such as Intex Deal Maker, Moody's CDOEdge, and S&P Cash Flow Evaluator. Conduct Scenario and Stress Case analysis for CLO deals using Intex Calculator and the Firm's proprietary risk management platform. Review and comment on complex legal documents including term sheets, credit enhancements, offering circulars, indentures and other relevant documents. Perform CLO tranche relative value analysis across the capital structure. Engage with rating agencies on capital structure analysis. Monitor outstanding CLO warehouse exposure and compliance with established limits. Analyze CLO manager performance across transactions and vintages. Analyze existing transactions to identify potential reset/refinancing targets. Manage deal term negotiations between strategic investors and CLO managers. Market CLOs directly to hedge funds, credit funds, global banks, insurers and asset managers. Counsel CLO managers on platform and deal-specific marketing strategies. Re-package CLO notes for global investors using derivatives such as Balance Guarantee Swaps.

Job Requirements: Master's or Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Financial Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience with a Master's degree or five (5) years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in the job offered or a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience with a Master's degree or five (5) years of experience with a Bachelor's degree with: analyzing fixed income markets, credit, and debt pricing models; performing credit risk modeling in the context of counterparty credit risk in financial transactions, corporate loans, or consumer loans and leases; structuring and pricing of fixed income products including Interest Rate Swaps (Vanilla, Amortizing and Callable), Cross Currency Swaps, and Balance Guarantee Swaps; preparing client presentations in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint in order to showcase financial analysis and related recommendations; Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), including logic and finance formulas, data tables, filters, and pivot tables to reference and analyze data and facilitate cash flow modeling; data visualization tools, like Tableau or similar; analyzing historical asset returns, strategy or asset manager performance data; and coding in C++, Python, Scala, or Unix Shell Scripting Languages in order to fetch large amount of financial data and perform quantitative analysis using/on them. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience with: calculating Return on Equity/Attributed Equity of risky financial transactions/deals within a Bank Regulatory Capital framework; engaging with and advising clients on acquisition financing such as bridge, take-out debt financing, or warehouse financing considerations; presenting to senior executives, such as the Senior Portfolio Manager, Chief Risk Officer, CFO or Treasurer of clients, on capital markets and financing alternatives; and structuring fixed income deals or trades over $500mm across the capital structure. Series 63 and Series 79 licenses required. Travel required (10%).
