Citi's Graduate Recruitment & Program Management (GRPM) Team is seeking a VP, Campus Recruiting Manger for Citi's Global Markets & Securities Services Graduate Programs.

The VP, Campus Recruiting Manager will identify, attract, hire and develop top junior talent. The Campus Recruiting Manager will also develop on-campus strategy in partnership with business sponsors as it relates to university selection, business participation, campus marketing and assessment process. 

Responsibilities:
  • Set campus strategy at target universities and determine appropriate business engagement
  • Ability to manage, inspire and develop a team that works collaboratively. Provide coaching and feedback in support of ongoing development. 
  • Serve as manager to four campus recruiters
  • Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts across targeted campuses and efforts
  • Serve as a resource for summer intern and full-time candidates throughout the recruiting process - be able to market the firm, answer questions, communicate status
  • Manage summer intern programs including: onboarding, training, rotation placements, events, performance management process,  legal/employee relations, immigration and mobility
  • Determine offer allocations based on hiring targets
  • Partner with Senior Management on summer intern program governance and help lead quarterly Steering Committee meetings.
  • Role requires successful management of internal/ external relationships across HR disciplines and the ability to establish strong working partnerships across different functions.
  • Update and monitor online applicant tracking system for schools/businesses and report on entry hiring and summer intern program statistics as requested
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed
  • Travel domestically during peak recruiting seasons


Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 6+ years of campus recruiting or other HR experience interfacing, coaching and influencing at the manager level.
  • Exceptional partnership skills both with the business and within the HR function.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability with capability of identifying trends and opportunities
  • Experience in partnering with senior leaders in the development of campus recruiting strategies.
  • Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in campus recruiting, program management and junior talent development.
  • Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects in a very fast-paced environment
  • Results Oriented: able to define goals and metrics, develop actionable plans and manage work to achieve desired outcomes; has a sense of urgency and fosters the same in others.
