Citibank, N.A. seeks a Vice President, FX Corporate Sales for its New York, New York location.
Duties: Utilize knowledge of corporate finance, economics, and accounting to advise corporate clients regarding all aspects of Foreign Exchange (FX), including exposure measurement, risk management, markets, and execution of international financial transactions.  Provide structured FX solutions tailored for the needs of each client. Develop risk management solutions within each client's unique set of constraints, including cost and accounting considerations. Structure and restructure FX derivatives to tailor solutions to the underlying FX exposure. Update clients on fundamental changes in accounting and tax policy and advise on impacts of current and future hedges while minimizing internal risk in executing trades. Establish and maintain relationships with global corporate clients, market the firm's FX products and services to clients, and identify product cross-sell opportunities where appropriate. Hold responsibility for achieving targets regarding new client acquisition, client satisfaction, profitability, and market share. Mentor junior team members.


Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a closely related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the offered position or related position in FX corporate sales at a large global bank. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in the stated fields and 3 years of experience in the stated positions.  Must have 3 years of work experience with: FX markets; Executing FX trades and FX derivative trades; FX option pricing, structuring and restructuring; Hedge accounting; Developing customer relationships with corporate clients; Advising corporate clients on hedging strategies and pre- and post-trading steps. The position requires up to 35% domestic and international travel.
