RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, NY. Work closely with senior management to develop and implement liquidity stress testing frameworks and methodologies. Manage and coordinate global team to monitor and assess liquidity risk exposures and limits, including engagement with businesses. Engage periodically with regulators on the firm's liquidity risk, clarify rule interpretations, respond to analysis and data requests, and support advocacy discussions. Coordinate with engineering teams and other firm stakeholders to model liquidity risks under various stress scenarios .

Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics or a quantitative engineering discipline such as Environmental Engineering and three (3) years of experience in the role offered or a related risk management role or a Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics or a quantitative engineering discipline such as Environmental Engineering and five (5) years of experience in the role offered or a related risk management role. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience (if Master's) or five (5) years of experience (with Bachelor's) with: developing and maintaining quantitative models used to measure and monitor intra-day liquidity risk; working with liquidity risk framework and limits for internal liquidity stress testing; interpreting regulatory guidance, engaging with global regulators, and advocating on policy matters related to Resolution and Recovery Planning; working with liquidity risk buffers, including cash and securities that qualify as highly liquid assets; and engaging with risk-taking businesses to understand, monitor, and assess liquidity risk, including new business activity such as transaction banking.
