Vendor Management Office Business Analyst - Project Manager

The Vendor Management Office (VMO) is a group within Re-Engineering and Expense Management (REM) and is responsible for creating a holistic and centralized program for the management and oversight of the Firm's critical vendors.

We are looking for a Business Analyst Project Manager who will work closely with IT, internal clients and REM personnel on multiple end-to-end initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Establish relationships and support internal clients in the vendor management area
- Organize and lead requirement gathering sessions with internal clients. -
Evaluate business processes, including flowcharting (current state / future state)
- Gather and analyze business requirements and assist IT in developing detailed functional specifications
- Participate in design review sessions to ensure client needs are fully accounted for
- Manage projects, developing project plans, charters and status reports to monitor progress
- Prepare business case presentations, as applicable, to include measurable benefits and costs
- Manage risks process: identification, resolution, progress
- Run status meetings to communicate progress against plan (Stakeholder/Project Team)
- Present to Senior Management and Department heads as required


- 8+ years of project management and business analysis experience
- Strong consulting and analytical and problem solving skills interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with good organizational and time management skills
- Experience with financial services industry
- MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
