Our client, a global investment bank seeks to add an experienced project management professional for a permanent role in their growing team. 5+ years project management and/or legal process advisory or consultative project experience focused on information governance and/or electronic discovery

Overview
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Assist with defining strategy and execution of all projects, initiatives and outsourcing programs
• Manage individual Legal projects including serving as liaison between subject matter experts and key stakeholders
• Assist Legal on projects focused on the transformation and enhancement of information governance and electronic discovery (eDiscovery) technology and process solutions for retention, preservation and collection of data
• Represent Legal in larger bank-wide projects, ensuring our interests are being considered and that the business and/or other Infrastructure areas are meeting their delivery commitments
• Develop project plans, conduct meetings, provide status reports and manage issue logs
• Analyze and identify process efficiencies and produce gap analyses
• Understand business and regulatory requirements and ensure functions are being performed within those parameters
• Interact with lawyers to prepare business process documents, change management documentation and key operating procedures
• Prepare presentations detailing processes and for senior management updates
• Develop and produce key MIS reports
• Provide ad hoc assistance and advisory support to the Legal Business Management team

Qualifications
• BA/BS with minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and a minimum of 5 years of direct project management, legal process advisory and/or information governance and/or electronic discovery advisory or consultative project experience
• Experience with the design and delivery of information governance and/or eDiscovery technology process solutions for retention, preservation and/or collection of data preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prepare status reports, including tracking of issues and reporting of issues to project team and senior management
• Must be a team player and able to work in a collaborative environment
• Strong attention to detail required
• Strong problem solving, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, and MS Projects skills required
