Position Description:

We are in the midst of an exciting global digital transformation spearheaded by our Digital Marketing and Technology teams, and have built the stage to enable highly personalized, client-centric experiences. We are seeking a hardworking Digital Marketing leader to help drive our digital user experience forward and craft the impact of our team. As a VP, Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage a team responsible for optimizing the user experience through test and learn, data-driven personalization, digital campaign strategy, and detailed web publishing operations. Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of digital specialists passionate about crafting, building, and launching multifaceted, client-centric global experiences
  • Take ownership of the strategy, creation, and development of our digital properties, improving the client experience though data-driven personalization and optimization
  • Lead our content management and publishing team's process and operations
  • Partner with client-facing, channel marketing, data science, and creative teams to develop end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify high-impact marketing opportunities that deepen client relationships and drive meaningful business results
  • Lead a global culture of test and learn alongside diverse business areas
  • Build a deep understanding of our data analytics and marketing technology


Position Requirements:


  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of digital marketing strategy, consulting, and/or digital campaign experience
  • Deep expertise in web, UX/UI methodologies, and ABn/MVT optimization strategies
  • Hands-on experience with optimization and personalization platforms (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, and/or Adobe Target)
  • Proficiency working with data management platforms (DMPs) and data science teams, segmenting clients and building real-time, data-driven digital experiences
  • Experience developing automated marketing campaigns, working with platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot
  • Expertise working with CMS platforms and leading a digital publishing process
  • Strong technical acumen with experience leading digital designers, front-end web developers, and executing end-to-end website best practices
  • Understanding of agile/scrum methodologies
  • Deep understanding and proficiency with web analytics platforms, identifying client friction points and optimizing the client conversion funnel
  • Experience working in finance and/or B2B with a focus on lead generation desirable
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced global environment
  • Track record of pursuing excellence while building strong professional relationships
