We are excited to announce that we have partnered with a Series B Fintech firm. Our client is looking for a Financial Crime Investigator to join their New York team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain knowledge and experience working within the Fintech industry.
This is a hybrid position. Located in New York, NY.
Salary: $80,000-$100,000
What you will be doing:

Support comprehensive investigations into fraud, money laundering, and account takeovers to completion; conduct root cause analysis of incidents and develop reports to business stakeholders

Collaborate with team to develop fraud policies, procedures, and tools

Actively identify and monitory fraud patterns

Communicate with customers to understand unusual account activity

Identify and advise product improvement for the firm

Responsible for obtaining a detailed log of incidents and preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
What you will need:

Bachelor's degree
-
1-4 years of relevant experience
-
Experience of working with cryptocurrency/ blockchain domain

Knowledge of Financial Crime Systems
