The Workspace Services Real Time Communications team mission is to deliver leading-edge real time communications platforms as a foundation for collaborative services in order to enable the end user, empower the business, and operate seamlessly. This role requires extensive experience with Trader Voice platforms to transform 40 sites, 6800 trading positions, 4,600 private wires, and 200 hoots globally in 2019 including large Trading Floors in NY and London from legacy to strategic platforms, a strategic 2018-2019 CTO Program ($30M) driven by end of life legacy platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in Trader Voice products and services with a focus on the transformation to Next Generation Platforms
  • Validate global designs and implement Next Generation Trader Voice infrastructure and systems with flawless execution
  • Technical lead for global migrations ensuring system stability and performance
  • Key point of contact managing IPC technical relationship for product lifecycle, security and risk, and migration support
  • Key SME and technical lead for integration with Regulated Voice Recording team and Enterprise Voice
  • Evaluate the market and trends to develop road-map strategy with a focus on disruptive technologies
  • Partner across bank technology teams to ensure proper integration and alignment with design principles and strategy
  • Drive automation initiatives based on goal of delivering service excellence and meeting bank standards in the Trader Voice space

Key Skills and Experience
  • +15 years experience in performing the responsibilities of a engineering manager in the financial services sector
  • In -depth knowledge of Trader Voice platforms including turrets, hoots, voice recording, private wires, intercom (IPC, Twisted Pair, NICE)
  • Experience selecting and engineering Trader Voice technology; certifying solutions in line with Line of Business and Regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Voice telephony, such as Call Manager, Audio Conferencing, Contact Center, Transport
  • Understanding of regulation, compliance, and risk issues related to Trading Line of Business
