As a Tech Performance Summer Scholar
, you will have opportunities to make an impact on a broad range of transformative projects for our clients. You will support the delivery of various types of client deliverables that range from information management solutions and implementations of large-scale technology platforms to supporting the development of advisory materials for technical architecture and IT operating models. You can capitalize on our cross-industry presence to find your niche and begin building your individual brand. This person should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings.

A Tech Performance Summer Scholar
leverages technology skills and business domain knowledge to advise clients on industry, operational, and technical best practices to achieve business transformation. The candidate bridges the theoretical with the practical to cut through complexity and optimize business processes. We are looking for someone who can move fluidly across business groups and technologies and use analytical skills to help clients take advantage of growth opportunities. The Team

How You'll Grow
- Bachelor's degree in process (with expected graduation no later than August 2021) or completed in these or related areas of study:
- Information Systems
- Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics
- Liberal Arts
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.4)
- Availability to participate in the Summer Scholar Program full-time for 10-weeks from June to August 2020
- Ability to travel 80-100%
Throughout the course of the internship program, you'll receive formal and informal mentorship and training. Our Summer Scholar training program provides a view both into the technical skills as well as critical professional behaviors, standards, and mindsets required to make the most of your internship.
