Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver revenue, net income, deposits, market share, awards, voice of the client (VOC) and voice of the employee (VOE) survey excellence, meeting or exceeding annual targets. 
  • Lead, coach and develop team of six product management, balance sheet management and investment desk professionals, inspiring them to achieve stellar results and attracting and retaining superior talent.
  • Determine and execute three year strategy for NAM LMS business along four pillars of Digitization, Analytics, Deposits & Investments transformation and Global Liquidity network. Collaborate with Market Managers and Sales to determine gaps and needs with respect to client functionality.
  • Build new capabilities for NAM market, and optimize and digitize existing products and processes, enhancing client and employee experience, working alongside Global LMS and other Core Cash Product teams.
  • Manage customer pricing and processes to adjust deposit pricing and maximize net interest margin through the rate cycle.
  • Lead annual review and update of country Product Approval Program (PAP) addenda.
  • Work with NAM Market Managers and Coverage to manage launch of new products through training, marketing materials & client welcome kits.
  • Lead and oversee the NY investment desk, responsible for growing time deposits, money market funds and brokered deposits.
  • Work with In-business Control to stay on top of risk and regulatory (e.g., Basel III, FDIC 370) topics, ensure robust controls and to manage periodic audits.
  • Work with Finance and Treasury to create annual financial plan, mid-year forecasts, regular outlooks and CCAR deliverables for market tied to key drivers and existing and potential customers. 
  • Lead creation of Quarterly Business Review presentation and take active role in presenting to senior management.
  •  Analyze balance sheet and determine areas for further optimization, and lead revenue and expense initiatives.
  • Work with ICG/TTS Treasury team to implement optimization strategies, including maximization of base NRFF, Hedge & LP revenue.


  • 10+ years relevant work experience
  • Product management experience; familiarity with deposit and investment products
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; resilience; teamwork and collaboration

  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
