Systematic Fund Recruiting Global HR Associate

Role:-

Develop a strategy to source top talent in a highly competitive environment

Liaise with recruiters, university career centers and technology platforms to identify and attract candidates

Promote and raise awareness of  the fund at schools, online and elsewhere to attract talent

Coordination of the overall recruiting process,

Support traditional HR management activities supporting employee programs, payroll and benefits

Requirements:-

You must have 2-3 years of HR experience.

An interest to work in a fund and passion to grow the fund .

You can be located anywhere in the world.
