Context :

The Front-Trading team is in charge of the development of trading applications.

It integrates the execution models and real time, guarantees the order workflow, and ensures the monitoring and improvement of latencies.

It organizes, realizes and improves the support of the Front teams, from decision to trades booking.

It is the point of contact with brokers for trading activities.

The team works internally in collaboration with other CFM teams on joint projects.

Position :

Based in our New York offices, in close collaboration with Front-Office support and development teams (level 2 support) in Paris, the new member will provide level 1 support on American hours.

His/her main missions will be:

  • Incident management (analysis and creation of tickets, communication with concerned teams).

  • Incident follow-up / resolution in collaboration with teams (Front ones but also Data Team, Operations Team…).

  • Improvement of alerts quality and relevance.

  • Communication with our external counterparties.

  • Drafting and implementation of various procedures to be followed in collaboration with the Paris support team.

  • Deployment and production of various applications.

  • Participation in the development and manageability of test environments.

  • Proposals for improvement / maintenance of used tools.

Your profile:

  • Engineer or Master’s degree

  • Good knowledge of English and French

  • SQL & Linux commands expected

  • Good command of support experience (2-5 years)

  • Good analytical skills, autonomy, team spirit, interest in new technologies

  • US working permit required

Your « plus » :

  • Knowledge of Python.

  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology

  • Knowledge of financial markets
