Well recognized Financial Firms and Credit Funds and Alternative Investment Managers are seeking to add junior level CLO analysts and experienced CLO structurers to their expanding teams. Structured credit bankers will be responsible for structuring, cash flow modeling, document review and analysis, and participating in investment opportunities. Individual will be responsible for all aspects of deal execution including syndication and warehousing. Middle Market CLO experience in his space is highly desirable and of keen interest. Securitization analysts with two years of experience who have covered CDO's and performed cash flow modeling are also of interest.
