Sr Specialist Billing Process/CT

Work on a team tasked with business review and enhancement of billing processes. Coordinates with global teams to develop and implement best practices in the Corporate Trust end to end billing life cycle process. Work in conjunction with business partners to design and develop scalable technological solutions to minimize manual errors via automating existing processes.

As a senior specialist, you lead complex projects/analyses of Billing within the Corporate Trust Business. Often specializes in a particular control discipline such as Project Management/Process flows, Quality Control, or Knowledge Source. Operating with a high degree of independence, implements programs that improve internal controls relating to billing in keeping with corporate standards. 30%

Delivers and implements projects that involve complex, high quantity information. Problem solves to adhere to strict deadlines. Is fully compliant with standard project process/implementation methods but able to adapt approach and demeanor to match shifting demands. Identifies and escalates any deficiencies in data systems and creates processes to resolve. 30%

Identifies opportunities and/or gaps within the line(s) of business. Possesses subject-matter expertise in identifying and compiling the right set of recommendations to address specific needs. Develops plans to operationalize reengineering strategies for broader implementation. 20%

Contributes to the achievement of area objectives. Supports multiple, complex projects and owns project timelines. Responsibilities are usually specialized and often have broader impact beyond the business/segment/region they are assigned to advise. Provides input into the development of controls and protocols for the function. 20%

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. Advanced degree preferred

7-10 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
