And we’re looking for more. The Senior GCC Analyst provides first level support to customers of CME Group for technical, product, trading, and market-event inquiries. In this role, the Senior GCC Analyst works regularly in a customer-facing capacity to deliver informational assistance via telephone and electronic means. Additionally, the Senior GCC Analyst performs analysis on market conditions and monitors order flow in a fast-paced environment to deliver accurate assessment to senior management. Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st level support for technical, trading, product, or market-event inquiries
  • Support CME OTC platform and related product informational responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor market activity and order flow for efficiency and anomalous behavior
  • Provide order status/cancellation and net position support to CME Group clients
  • Support market-event inquiries pertaining to error trade investigations
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
  • Advanced Degree desirable

Experience Requirements

  • Ten years in capital markets industry
  • Five years of customer-facing experience in a financial setting
  • Significant experience in trading/brokering environment
  • Strong understanding of futures and options trading
  • Substantial exposure to electronic trading platforms

Software Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel (VBA experience a plus)
  • Significant experience with leading industry charting/news platforms
  • Strong familiarity with electronic trading platforms
