Position Description & Requirements: The Bank Transfer Operations Team Leader is a key management position for the daily GBT (global bank transfer) operations – which includes managing a small team of operations and support personnel, handling customer communications, banking relationships and communicating with various business departments that handle crises and exceptional incidents.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the New York Global Bank Transfer & Operations team
  • Ensuring integration and alignment across the different GBT teams between our global locations in Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pac
  • Ensuring daily alignment with operational and business departments
  • Setting operational service goals, improving the operational SLAs, and measuring effectiveness

You should come prepared with:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience as a manager
  • Operational management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong managerial skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver

Not a must but a great advantage:

  • Experience in Banks/FX industry
  • Degree in Economics or Business Management
