Specialist, Strategic Advisory
As a lead Specialist you will contribute and help drive innovative and transformative programs with our key clients across segments to generate opportunities and design the right solutions to enable our client's business, digital and data strategies. Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting leads across a variety of engagements including, client discovery across both qualitative and quantitative due diligence, ethnographic research, opportunity generation, ideation and co-creation workshops, solution design, product and market research, and business case development.
• Helping to build and scale the Strategic Design Thinking Practice by supporting and leading design thinking co-creation engagements with clients across coordination, workshop facilitation, synthesis, and design outputs. Outputs may include, but are not limited to, persona/mindset development, empathy mapping, customer journeys, service design blueprints, and operating models.
• Building relationships with internal business, technology and data partners to connect insights from client engagements to inform front to back product and service development
• Conducting client and market research and competitive analysis to power business intelligence and opportunity generation

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 3-5 years of total work experience. Securities, financial products and/or the finance industry experience preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
