We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled software engineer for S&P Global Market Intelligence. This developer would help us to accelerate our Energy Transition work. The Impact:
As a Software Developer II, you will be part of the development team that manages and supports the external applications that are supporting Energy Dataset. This role expects a candidate to handle any web applications and platform application development. What's in it for you:

Solve problems, analyze and isolate issues
Build solutions to develop/support key business needs
Engineer components and common services based on standard development models, languages, and tools
Produce system design documents
Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners
Quickly learn new and internal technologies. What We're Looking For: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's /Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development using Microsoft Technologies.
Knowledge of object-oriented design, .NET framework, and design patterns.
Experienced with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test-driven development. SAFe experience is a plus.
Experienced with developing solutions involving relational database technologies on SQL Server platform, stored procedure programming experience using Transact SQL.
Experience with debugging, logging, performance monitoring, data visualization, and data analytics. Preferred Qualifications:
AWS, Mapping technologies, Containerization, Docker, Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager, Big Data. Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $46,200 - $129,200 . Base sal ary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus/a sales commission plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
