Responsible for requirement gathering and documentation of Technical Designs and data flow diagrams and perform code reviews. Organize working sessions to analyze the requirements and stream line the processes. Work in Agile methodology and remove any impediments for the team to complete the sprint commitment. Scope, design and deploy applications developed for real estate brokers. Lead application development with the analytical skill set to operate independently in the design and development of software and tools. Work with a broad range of subject matter experts to develop applications which will be deployed and used by clients and our internal teams. Develop custom client applications and application and end user documentation of custom programs. Quality Assurance (QA) and management of the Development Life Cycle. Skills, Education and Experience:
• Bachelor ' s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in software/application development with a technology firm
