Senior Principal Global Business Change
Position Summary: Serves as the focal point within Treasury Services with Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, Audit, and Finance along with Technology and Operations for all incoming large-scale, complex business requests that will potentially impact business processes and drive change within the business Maintains program oversight for multiple projects to ensure projects have well-defined project plans, appropriate accountability assigned, and ensure that all potential issues are escalated appropriately Has a broad understanding of the Treasury Services business strategy and structure to ensure that each initiative has the appropriate level of business involvement Has expertise regarding Business Change including establishing a Business Change structure including Governance, and a process to both drive existing initiatives and perform triage on potential incoming initiatives Guides and reviews work completed across staff members that are either directly or indirectly accountable to this role In addition to overseeing a portfolio of initiatives, may be directly responsible for leading one or more large initiatives Primary Responsibilities: Oversees and monitors business led change activity undertaken by a virtual team of project managers, acts as sponsor where required. Constructs sophisticated project plans/presentations for programs or feasibility and design phase to enable strategic decisions at initiation stage. Ensures Client that the relevant projects are delivered in agreed timelines and budgets. Leads cross functional/regional/organizational working groups focused on delivering solutions to challenges faced by the business on project deliverables. Oversees and monitors all client and business led change activity undertaken by a virtual teams of project managers Liaises with the Product Management, Sales/Relationship Management, Client Support/Onboarding, and Resiliency Office throughout program implementation in terms of operating model and scope management. Manages business issues related to scope definition and project delivery and drives clarity of deliverables via close collaboration and partnership with all business partner functions. May have direct reports and will provide guidance to both direct and indirect reports Oversees large, complex internal and external projects. Assigns work to more junior level team members. Qualifications Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 12-15 years of total work experience preferred; Governance, Project Management, or Change Management experience is preferred.
