We are looking for a PMO professional to work on exciting projects for our Tier 1 Investment Banking client, based within the Regulatory Reform team assisting across multiple key front office initiatives within the bank.

About the role

While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include:

• Assisting in project scoping, planning and RAID management
• Supporting teams working on Capital Markets and Securities Transformation projects
• Tracking and reporting project status to senior management 
• Interacting with Internal Audit, assessing and challenging any issues found 
• Track regulatory plans and keep abreast with developments within the regulatory landscape
• Performing quality control checks on the submissions across multiple projects
• Actively liaising with internal stakeholders across multiple teams and functions
• Formulating and sending responses to clients and regulatory bodies regarding queries and updates
• Other duties as required which fall within the scope and remit of the role

Who are we looking for?

Candidates should ideally have the following:

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong educational background - Degree (Masters would be an advantage)
• 5+ years PMO experience in a Tier 1 investment bank (or for a Big 4 consulting firm within the investment banking space)
• Strong client facing skills
• Experience working in / communicating with front office  
• Experience interacting with teams such as internal audit, legal, compliance etc.
• Knowledge of various asset classes would be highly beneficial
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholder engagement 
• History of working on regulatory change projects would be a bonus
