My Client is a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 90’s, who are seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join their Production Engineering team. The Production Engineering department is responsible for providing ground-breaking processes and tools for the operation of my clients HFT platforms. The Frontend Developer will architect and build user interfaces for a variety of internal systems and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Building and regulating frontend applications across numerous projects and teams
  • Play a key part in the architecture and development of their frontend projects
  • Work closely with other technical team members
  • Drive creativity and push new ideas to improve overall UX
  • Have a consistently high standard of quality for their user facing projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 - 6 years of hands-on, frontend experience
  • Expert in JavaScript and development of UI
  • Experience with Vue.js / React
  • Thorough attention to detail and commitment to provide excellent user experience
  • Experience with web services, especially for interaction through distributed systems
  • Excellent knowledge of CSS & capable of building responsive web applications
  • Hands-on knowledge of web optimization techniques
  • Backend development experience in Python OR Go
  • Exceptional communication skills
