We are looking for a Salesforce certified advanced Administrator who will be requiring hands-on salesforce.com support and admin experience. This is a process and operational role with primary responsibility for Salesforce.com administration.

Role Requirements:
  • 3+ years of direct experience in the sales and/or service cloud
  • Trailhead record and advanced Administrator certification is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Administration of the platform; Maintain users, Roles, Profiles, Reports/Dashboards, Workflows & Dashboards, Validations, process builders etc.
  • Experience in user training and adoption is essential.
  • Ability to articulate process changes and improvements
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
