Reporting Line

This new role as US GCB CCAR Lead reports into the US GCB FP&A Lead.

The US GCB CCAR FP&A Team is looking for a highly analytical candidate to lead the CCAR process for the US Branded Cards, Retail and Mortgages businesses. This role supports activities related to the Stress Continuum Testing comprised of Annual CCAR, Mid Cycle Stress Test, Annual Recovery and Annual Resolution Planning. A successful candidate will be someone who works well under tight schedules and develops a multi-locational high performing team.

Key responsibilities

  • Analysis of macro-economic scenarios on Business actions and Consumer behaviors
  • Working closely with cross functional business partners and modeling teams to calibrate business intuitive and statistically robust models
  • Validation of forecasting models, preparation of results and overall presentation decks
  • Presentations to senior leaders in the Business and Finance organizations
  • Collaborating with Corporate FP&A and other central work streams to continually improve the function and articulate best practice s


  • BS (MBA preferred) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience of financial analysis in a large corporate environment (credit card experience and previous CCAR experience are a plus)
  • Excellent quantitative/analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex consumer behavior and business trends into meaningful and actionable presentation observations
  • Demonstrated strengths in building trusted relationships with management
  • Ability to work independently with a proven track record of solving problems and delivering solutions
  • Experience working effectively in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment within a matrix organization
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills (VBA and Access a plus)
  • Knowledge of systems like Hyperion, SAS, Essbase, etc. a plus
