Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day Themis operational management, incl. but not limited to:
    • Main point of contact for all users and queries
    • Scope management, incl. adding/removing Rule Issuers, Content Types - requires in-depth knowledge of system data configuration
    • User and data configuration
    • Production support; management of Budapest support team; point of contact for questions and user expectation management as necessary
  • Governance and Oversight
    • Manage governance and oversight activities, incl. meeting administration
    • Stakeholder management, incl. proactively engaging users and maintaining close connectivity to team practices and processes to fully understand business context and usage of Themis
    • Maintain relevant documentation, incl. Rules Management Policy and Themis Minimum Standards
    • Create and maintain Training materials and additional documentation as required
  • Reporting and Metrics
    • Design reports , metrics and review process; manage report review process
    • Drive usage across stakeholders
    • Review reporting content for accuracy
    • Managing communications and messaging
  • Operational Activities and Administration
    • PMO activities as necessary
    • Maintenance of SharePoint Sites
    • Creation of presentation materials
  • Product Engagement
    • Participate in requirements definition and design
    • Manage user requests for enhancements
    • Participate in enhancement prioritization
    • Participating in data analysis
  • TRRI Portal (late 2019+)
    • Point person for TRRI user queries
    • Drive approach for managing user licenses and provide day-to-day management for TRRI licenses (requirements TBD)


Additional Medium/Longer term responsibilities (Exact timing TBD)
  • Take on additional Themis product management responsibilities to ultimately position self for Themis Product Owner role
  • Product management responsibilities for PolicyPortal
  • Potential - involvement in Quark + possibility to take on product owner role
  • Participate in / drive strategic projects as prioritized *LI-SH
