Role Description

The Risk Data Governance Team within the Risk division is responsible for Championing Deutsche Bank enterprise data management strategy; measuring, monitoring, and managing data quality; and business process controls quality assurance.

The Risk Data Governance Assistant Vice President will be responsible for performing various activities designed to measure and monitor the quality of data used for risk decisioning and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the content in the Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting ("RDA&RR") portal which is used for reporting to senior management
  • Overseeing the successful execution of measurement points in the RDA&RR portal
  • Tracking path to compliance plans for those metrics and reports which have not yet been subject to RDA&RR
  • Completing annual policy refresh and capability assessments
  • Executing annual metrics and reports re-certification

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in economics, finance, computer science or other related area
  • Previous experience in Financial Services Industry
  • Ability to work within a team and to collaborate with peers and leadership to create effective solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Structured, independent and well-organized working approach
  • Proactive, problem solving and solution oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience in business and data analysis, process improvement and project management is helpful
