Regulatory Project Manager & Team Lead #124458

We Offer
  • Manage regulatory projects independently, including direct management of multiple resources
  • Analysis of regulation and understanding the impact from a business process, controls, data and systems perspective
  • Manage, train, mentor people to produce results and work in partnership
  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
  • Ensure traceability of Business requirements from inception through implementation and control
  • Drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and support the organization through acceptance, installation and deployment

You Offer

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous experience with project and team management
  • Excellent people manager with good communication and coaching skills
  • A good understanding of the core financial instruments in equities, fixed income, etc.
  • Experience creating business requirements specifications and target operating models
  • Strong data analysis background with excellent skills in Excel
  • Self-starter with integrity and ability to take initiative
