  • A challenging role for an experienced Project Manager for Asset Management's US Regulatory Change Book of work.
  • You will be responsible for the regulatory impact assessment, coordination and delivery of projects across multiple businesses reporting into the Head of Regulatory Change for the Americas.
  • You will work closely with the business line COOs, Compliance, Legal, IT, Operations, Risk and etc. to understand regulatory requirements while defining work breakdown structures to implement changes in the Asset Management division. He/she will liaise with multiple teams to drive delivery forward. Team management responsibilities involve working with business groups and other resources and developing strong partnerships with other functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • CS is a fast- paced environment and project managers are directly responsible for the delivery.
  • The regulatory Project Management activities includes business impact assessments, scope confirmation, definition of implementation approach, resource planning, budget and actuals tracking, breakthrough tracking and stakeholder and business client management.
  • Maintenance of RAID (Risks, Issues, Assumptions, Dependencies) and Action Logs: Identification and management of risks and issues as well as definition of response strategies and risk mitigation actions.
  • Value add: Go above and beyond the formalities of project execution through a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach, becoming engrained in the issues and producing content or advice which accelerates progress or mitigates delivery risk.
  • Status Reporting: Oversee status reporting for all involved business partners and influence and align status reporting activities across multiple groups.
  • Financials & Budgets: Run budget/forecast/actuals across the work streams using standard portfolio and project management tools, ensure consistent reporting of budgets/actuals/forecasts and maintain traceability & change control around budgets.
  • Quality Management: Adherence of CS policies and quality guidelines within the standard project delivery framework.
  • Leadership: Directing project team (in a matrixed environment) to ensure deliverable timelines are met, informing management of key issues with mitigating actions and recommendations and exemplary teamwork & leadership skills.
  • Team collaboration: Coordinate with project members to schedule and complete assigned tasks and partner with business and functional stakeholders to be engaged from project inception.
Key Deliverables
  • Ensure timely delivery of regulatory driven project deliverables.
  • Tracking of project effort, milestone tracking, tracking of risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain trust-based and professional relationships with business COOs, CROs, CCOs, IT and business partners.
  • Financials tracking (budget and actuals).
  • Tracking of change requests, milestones and achievements.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assume additional responsibilities as required.
  • Navigate across many different businesses and functional groups to align priorities and requirements.

Experience with large global projects spanning many functional areas and systems. Regulatory background and proficiency. Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • You have a detailed understanding of project lifecycles, been working for seven or more years extensively in project management. A solid track record of handling business and IT projects - budget, scope, quality & risks with globally distributed teams.
  • You are a strong content leader and problem solver, able to operate in politically challenging situations and experienced of communicating directly with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • You have a deep knowledge of project management tools & systems, are proficient with MS Office; MS Project skills required.

  • Possess high degree of flexibility and "can do" attitude, ability to work with very limited level of instruction and supervision.
  • A Project Management certification is a plus (PMI, PRINCE, etc).
  • Experience with the implementation of projects across a large and diverse stakeholder base located in multiple geographies.
