We Offer
  • Responsibility for our advisory and oversight services concerning compliance with regulatory records management requirements within the GM & IBCM division
  • Leading a team of ambitious subject matter experts that conducts requirement and gap analyses, provides advice and support for business owners and projects regarding implementation of compliant and efficient records management solutions
  • Representing Records and Information Management in information management related projects and sounding boards
  • Exercising our responsibility for the second line of defense regarding adequacy and effectiveness of Records and Information Management controls
  • Ensuring the Records and Information Management policies and requirements reflect the actual regulatory and business demands across the GM & IBCM division
  • Close collaboration with General Counsel and other compliance offices responsible for the GM & IBCM division
  • Being member of a globally acting team of Records and Information Management experts that passionately strives for excellence regarding information management

You Offer
  • A relevant business degree is preferred but not required
  • 10+ years of overall work experience
  • At least 3-5 of years experience in information governance, compliance, risk management or audit role
  • Solid understanding of Records and Information Management
  • Proven management and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with demonstrable knowledge in relevant methodologies
  • Ability to communicate, negotiate and network effectively on all organizational levels as well as within a multi-cultural environment
  • Robust persuasiveness and presentation skills
  • Perseverance and aspiration for continuous learning
  • Proficient English skills
