Job Description & Responsibilities:
In this role, the Analyst will support global real estate capital raising support efforts, investor servicing and provide support to business management. Responsibilities will include addressing a variety of investor relations, management reporting and analytics, efficiency/technology initiatives and operational support for the global team. The Analyst will spend significant time with members of the firm's global real estate group, including asset management, legal/compliance, finance and technology teams within real estate and other groups within the broader firm. The Analyst will spearhead multiple projects at one time employing a range of skillsets. The main areas of responsibility for the Investor Relations - Analyst include:

  • Work collaboratively across the team to collect, update, analyze and report on capital raising activity, activity drivers and other key metrics for senior management
  • Manage and contribute to the enhancement of production workflows for various investor relations activities
  • Contribute to ad hoc business development initiatives including analytics and strategic projects
  • Partner with technology and other internal teams to enhance data tracking, reporting and analytics capabilities
  • Execute and own ad hoc, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables for investors and senior management
  • Create ad hoc presentations for senior management and for special projects

  • Two to five years of professional experience
  • Prior work experience in financial services, preferably within alternative investments
  • Strong interest in project management, analytics and reporting
  • High degree of organization and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfort working with large data sets and the ability to identify data inconsistencies and patterns
  • Ability to produce creative, compelling, detailed materials; strong proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; candidate should be able to manipulate data with formulas and pivot tables
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to think outside of the box to creatively problem solve
  • Ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of assignments; strong time management skills
  • Superior communication skills with a demonstrated ability convey information in a clear and concise manner
  • Candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and a team-oriented individual who thrives on challenge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - often under pressure to meet demanding deadlines
  • Strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to learn
  • Operate with the highest degree of integrity and intellectual curiosity
