The Team:
Purpose function encompasses People, Enterprise Marketing, Communications, Corporate Responsibility, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion).
These teams come together to enhance the experience for our people, our customers, and the communities we serve. We focus on putting our people first, building and implementing our sustainability and DEI plans, understanding the voice of the customer to ensure that we grow and protect our brand, and delivering seamless communications internally and externally.

Responsibilities and Impact:
You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and build your network by working on a global scale across the Purpose Team's functions which may include: People (Human Resources), Corporate Responsibility, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Enterprise Marketing and Communications.
  • Work on specialized projects within various function lines
  • Learn from business leaders, connect with colleagues across the organization and participate in training and social activities
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $20 to $30.
This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
  • Fully matriculated students with anticipated graduation date in 2026 or Spring 2027
  • All majors welcomed
  • Drive to achieve personal and team objectives
  • Demonstrate exceptional learning agility, creativity, and problem-solving ability
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication (verbal skills, listening techniques, and clear/concise writing style)
Right to Work Requirements:
This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
