- We're looking to fill a hybrid IT PM/BA role working across various projects in our GM Technology Divisional Programs and RegTech Delivery space. This position will focus on the impact of new regulations (ie. CFTC Position Limits, QFC Record keeping etc.) on Credit Suisse's systems, clients and business. The role will both require and foster an enterprise-level view of the high-level economic and regulatory landscape in which we operate and the core business processes involved in trade processing. We need someone with progressive experience in both Business Analysis and Project Management disciplines.
- In this role, you will be working with a wide range of internal IT and business partners, in front, middle and back office, including Regulatory Strategy ad Business Change (RSBC), Operations, and Legal. You'll be tasked with working with the SMEs from those areas to plan, design and lead all aspects of delivery ensuring the solution is delivered per the business requirements. You may also need to work with industry forums and consultants.
- We would like to find someone who can nurture change in a coordinated fashion across a number of different business areas within Credit Suisse Global Markets Technology, and their aligned F2B technology teams.

This role will require extensive experience of building partner relationships, managing communications plans, and tracking, assessing, and reporting on the analysis process. We require someone to be adaptable as the evolving regulatory landscape and understanding of its implications will bring changes. You'll also need working experience analyzing business architecture, prioritizing requirements, and preparing decision packages.
You will help determine activities necessary to complete the business analysis
effort. This will include selection of business analysis techniques, evaluation of project complexity and constraints, and helping to define the process that will be used to manage requirements, and how to assess the progress of the work.
You will need to manage requirements conflicts, issues and changes in order to ensure that partners and the project team remain in agreement on the solution scope, that requirements are communicated to partners, and that knowledge gained by the business analyst is maintained for future use.
You should take account of the overall business structure, business strategy, Credit Suisse culture, and their influences on work. This includes applying understanding of common business management and decision-making concepts, principles, activities and practices, together with industry and product knowledge and an understanding of regulatory, compliance, and governance frameworks
This role requires strong analytical skills to ensure the successful generation and productive consideration of new ideas, ensure that decisions and solutions are effective in addressing the underlying problem and meeting defined objectives.
