About the role

While your responsibilities can vary as the project/program grows, they may include:

• Working with multiple business and function areas to scope, plan and implement regulatory related change
• Work closely with Senior Stakeholders to drive the delivery of key projects & programs
• Identifying risks in the program / projects and managing these to ensure they are handled and mitigated
• Maintaining project deliverables and documentation
• You should have excellent Management experience, but also be able to be very hands on and get involved with the day-to-day project/program tasks
• Other duties as required which fall within the scope and remit of the role

Who are we looking for?

Essential:

• 10+ years’ experience within Investment Banking or for a Big 4 consulting firm within the banking space 
• Experience in end-to-end management and delivery of large-scale and complex regulatory driven initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder communication skillset
• Good knowledge of Capital Markets and its related business areas within the bank

Desirable

• Market Risk knowledge
• ​Knowledge of FRTB
