Job Title: Private Equity Investor Relations & Business Development, Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:
In this role, the candidate will support the global Private Equity fundraising efforts. The main areas of responsibility for the Marketing Coordinator include:
  • Tracking and coordinating all non-US Limited Partner ("LP") meeting requests in NY
  • Working in Salesforce to maintain log of materials for all non-U.S. LP meeting requests
  • Maintaining internal database of LP contact and commitment information
  • Assisting in the fund closing process by coordinating, tracking receipt and approvals of fund legal documents with internal and external parties
  • Participating in the planning and logistics of the annual investor conference, due diligence days and other additional LP meetings with assistance from the Blackstone Events team
  • Setting up Co-Investment and Fund Launch calls
  • Participating in and taking notes for Indication of Interest ("IOI") calls and meetings
  • Working on various ad-hoc projects

  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to operate as a team player - energetic, enthusiastic and personable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable
