Principal, Program & Project Management
CT Program Manager is responsible for running complex, global, multi-year, capital plan programs and projects. The successful candidate will be managing and overseeing end-to-end project/program management activities such as detailed project/program planning, scoping tracking, reporting, issue/risk identification and budget tracking.
The role requires successful collaboration across the spectrum including Sr. Business Managers within Corporate Trust and business partners in other disciplines such as Technology, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Human Resources, as well as Subject Matter Experts from the various disciplines. Within any given program/project, this individual will be responsible for identifying and then working closely with w/stream leads, driving each underlying stream to successful execution on time and within budget. Successful candidate should be able to manage vendors, depending on the nature of the program, and client relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met.
Leadership, independent problem solving and communication skills are key. Ability to influence and collaborate across the spectrum from executive level to subject matter experts in the field. Excellent team builder, particularly with virtual teams. Comfortable and competent working with external and internal clients. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.
10 + years of total work experience in Project Management preferably in Securities Servicing industry is strongly preferred.
Finance background strongly preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is a must and experience with process re-engineering, Six Sigma, Agile and other program management disciplines are plus.
