The Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (ECRM) program is building out a global sales, service, and marketing platform. Microsoft Dynamics will help meet the bank's goals of digitization and transformation of our clients' experience; coordinated sales, relationship management and service; reduced risk and internal efficiency leading to significant reduction in human handled client inquiries.
We are looking for Senior Business and Data Analyst with 10-15 years' experience who can help transform high level business and operational flows and find efficiency through automation and systemic solutions. Additionally, you will be liaising with reference data teams and other technology team to define integrations for a reduction in swivel chair data entry along side other efficiencies.

You will be responsible for:
• Working with Operations and Sales organization to capture business benefits
• Story writing / Requirements grooming with technology
• Working with program leads to define priority
• API definition
• Program updates to stakeholders
• Define and maintain backlog and roadmap
• Definition of reporting requirements

Leads technical/non-functional analysis and design, solves problems and provides solutions for technical challenges; including data retention and integration; Identifies gaps in system controls and protocols and drives best practice. Ensures quality gates are met for software development deliverables, including code reviews, performance, security and architectual principles. Responsible for system rationalisation, reverse engineering, working with vendor products and builds technical plans. Validates solutions by testing results. Manages junior staff and virtual teams, works individually or as part of a team. Provides comprehensive senior-level technical consulting to IT management and senior technical staff. Evaluates compliance with the organization's technology standards.Analyzes, defines and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks, controls, and outputs using BNY Mellon's standard development methodology. Ensure testing, implementation and documentation of solution. Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved. Ensures data retention policies are adhered to. Ensures permit to design, build and operate gates are appropriately met Works with technical teams to resolve technical challenges and identify technical/non-functional requirements, including working directly with vendors. Provides oversight of project plans and technical deliverables. Consults with IT management and technical staffs regarding use of emerging and existing technologies and associated services. Takes lead for establishing, implementing and monitoring 'best practices' for technical development methodologies and tools. Manages junior roles and provides mentoring and coaching proposes and advocates for innovative, creative technology solutions .

• Experience in business-to-business technology integrations is preferred
• Experience understanding client feedback and needs; drawing insight, finding innovative solutions, and articulating them to others to support execution is preferred
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a dynamically changing environment is preferred
• Understand the role of reference data and how it impacts reporting
• Knowledge of BNY Mellon client, party and account structures is a plus

Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required 10-12 years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
