Portfolio Manager, LoanIQ Technology, Wholesale Credit & Banking

Job Description:

Manages large projects from initiation through implementation across Wholesale Credit. Establishes and manages project governance including work stream level routines, tracking and reporting milestones, metrics, business case financials, key decisions, risks and issues. Has indirect management responsibility for the project team and budget.
*Secures appropriate resources to deliver the program outcomes, raising gaps and mitigations when constraints arise.

*Develops and delivers crisp relevant, impactful presentations for all levels.
*Ensures a robust stakeholder management and communications plan to drive engagement, feedback and adoption. Develop relevant plans to address gaps, engaging Sr. leadership as needed.
*Effective at driving collaboration, team building, influence, and conflict resolution.
*Strong attention to detail while balancing strategic objectives.
*Develop robust execution plan with strong dependency management
*Adhere to Enterprise Change standards from project definition through execution and control. Oversee and ensure accurate timely completion updating project SORs, required deliverables while maintaining a strong change control process.

Works directly with senior management to set strategic direction of the project. May be required to interact with vendors/consultants on contractual issues such as services, bids/fees and delivery timetables. Has indirect management responsibility for the project team and budget. This role will direct a team of resources and manage a budget. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 5+ plus years of project management experience.

Required Skills:

• 5+ plus years of project/program management experience
•3+ years managing programs/projects using formal project rigor (DMAIC, Agile, etc)
•Problem solver who can successfully manage through ambiguity
•Proactive and "no surprises" approach in communicating
•Ability to connect the dots and make sense of information across multiple data points upstream/downstream that many not be easily noticeable; ability to see the "big picture" strategic opportunities
•Strong partnership and relationship building skills
•Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel & Project
Desired Skills:
•Knowledge of commercial credit processes
•Experiencing building and/or managing a program office framework
•Working familiarity with PPRT, PCM Web, Changescape and BAC Enterprise Change standards
