Our team is a highly experienced Private Wealth Management team based in Morgan Stanley's global headquarters in the New York City. Our team has one common goal: to help our clients address the complex, multifaceted challenges of managing significant wealth. We work with a select group of ultra-high net worth individuals, families, family offices, endowments, and foundations. Our clients are typically entrepreneurs, senior executives, multigenerational families, and foundations. We take a holistic approach with a focus on understanding our clients' personal and financial goals, family dynamics, balance sheet needs and philanthropic activities. This approach enables us to advise our clients broadly and cohesively across many aspects of their lives. We then develop customized wealth strategies with a keen focus on portfolio analysis and asset allocation. While investment strategy is at the core of our offering, nothing is more important to us than delivering a superior client service experience. We serve as a virtual family office for many high net worth families, and pride ourselves on addressing complex service requests promptly and professionally. We are here to help our clients make confident decisions and simplify their day-to-day finances, so they are free to focus on their families, businesses, and charitable endeavors.

In charge of driving and guiding the team's operation on a day-to-day basis which includes managing workflow (operations, sales, marketing, and relationship management). Also, ensure all essential business processes are in place and adhered to and "the train stays on the track." Serve as buffer between team needs to filter up and present to partners to help make informed decisions.

Their duties will also include reviewing the efficiency of all current business processes, planning changes and updates and collaborating with the partners on which direction the business should take. Lastly, then setting and meeting the business objectives and remembering the partners have the final say.

  • In charge of staff meetings
  • Overseeing Daily/Weekly Huddles
  • Developing Practice Management-Standardize processes
  • Reviewing organizational structure and roles/responsibilities

  • Serving as buffer between team members and partners
  • Running review schedule
  • Developing relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Implementing and maintaining a team run book
  • Co-lead with partners goal setting
  • Reporting to the partners monthly on the status of the business
  • Conducting performance reviews

  • Overseeing the sales, marketing, and relationship management day-to-day operation-process overseeing the sales pipeline to ensure the team is performing at maximum proficiency, at their highest and best use and are consistently performing to high standards you set
  • Holding weekly sales meeting where prospect and client opportunities are discussed. Hold partners and PWAA accountable to what is assigned and or committed to
  • Assisting in client/prospective client meetings by actively listening, providing relevant analytical information, and taking accurate notes to ensure an understanding of client's / prospective current financial situation, investment objectives/goals and risk tolerance
  • Following up from client reviews with partners, PWAA or the client
  • Anticipating, being pro-active and constantly pushing to drive revenues
  • Designing and roll out an elevated client experience
  • Developing relationships with current clients and prospects
  • Being a vocal advocate for the team internally and with friends, prospects, and clients


  • Series 7 a must (63 & 65/66 a plus)
