EC1 Partners is a global headhunting firm with offices in London, New York and Singapore. We are rapidly expanding with have a current requirement for an Office Manager in our New York office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be part of a global recruitment brand. This person will be based out of our downtown Manhattan office.

Office Manager/HR Assistant

Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Work closely with HR Manager based in London
  • Assist with development of current US healthcare benefits
  • Manage all contract recruitment administration
  • Support Managing Director in all administrative tasks
  • Create and schedule all team incentives and social events
  • Manage online filing systems
  • Develop and implement new administrative systems
  • Maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
  • Organize meetings with staff
  • Oversee the recruitment of new staff
  • Manage social media for the US business

Required Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong IT and typing skills
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
